From Rome Airport

Montemassi is located 2hrs 20 mins north of Rome. From Rome Airport, take the direction of Roma/Civitavecchia. After 5km, join the Autostrada (Motorway with toll payment) following directions to Civitavecchia. After 60/70 km you will arrive at a junction – follow signs for Grosseto. Continue along this road for approximately 100km past Grosseto heading in the direction of Livorno. You will arrive at an exit marked Braccagni/Montepescali – do not exit here, but continue to the next exit marked Braccagni and exit here. At the junction, take the road to the right signed for Montemassi. Continue for 200 metres and after a small bridge take the small road on the right (one way). At the next t-junction turn right and continue along this very straight road for a few kilometers heading across a very flat plain towards hills. Eventually you will arrive at a roundabout. Turn left following directions to Ribolla/Follonica. After a couple of kilometers you will arrive at a junction. Here, take the right fork up the hill towards Montemassi. Turn right into the entrace road to the village which you will encounter half way round a sharp right hand bend.　 We are on this on this road on the right hand side – look for house number 21.
