Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all prices are in Euros net
of any exchange/bank commission;
- Rentals are inclusive of maid service once a
week/final cleaning, linen (including beach towels), gas and
electricity
- Extra maid service can be arranged through
separate negotiation with house keeper
- Booking deposit: 20% of total price to secure
your reservation. This is non refundable. The balance is payable
four weeks before date of arrival or at time of booking
whichever is sooner
- In case a booking is cancelled after the full
balance has been paid, the decision of whether or not to grant a
partial refund for the rental price will be entirely at our
discretion.
- Please note that the properties are
non-smoking and guests may smoke only outside
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets
- Changeover day is Saturday, however, we can
accommodate other days if required.
- Check in: 5pm to 7pm (please advise
immediately if you have any problems with check in time)
- Check out: 11am. Please advise immediately if
you need to leave very early in the morning, or after 11am.
